I have also been asked what you could have at home for an Emergency Kit: I keep the following on hand at home for my family. This is what I would have for a month supply and just double or triple depending on how many months and how many are in your family.
1. DSF for adrenals to help combat stress. Large bottle
2. Core Level Health Reserve as a multiple vitamin/mineral. Large bottle
3. Magnazyme to aid in digestion and elimination. One bottle
4. Probiotics Plus to keep the colon at optimal health and functioning. One bottle. Adults: Minimum 1 per day Child: 1 every 2 to 3 days. If not feeling well take up to 3 a day for adult and 1-2 a day for child.
5. Immune-Gut Balance. 1 bottle per 3-4 people. We have 2 at home.
6. Total Virx and/or Total Multimune. 1 large bottle of each.
7. Immungen and Virex liquid for the children.
8. Chewable C-500 for the children.
Depending also on the genetic predispostions of an individual or family the above with change or be modified. For instance is someone has problems blood sugar control or sleep the nutrients that they need are going to be slightly different.

Will the Flu get you?........What are you going to do?
Whether you are going to vaccinate or not you must be prepared and prepare your loved ones. If you thought about what was going on in you life the last time you were sick or not feeling your best usually one of the following or multiple of the follow were present.
1. Increased stress
2. Not sleeping as well or as much as needed
3. Increased sugar, soda, alcohol, or other self inflicted toxins in your diet
4. Changes in temperature or climate, or environment
Some of these things you can control. Others you cannot. So the rule is "Do your best and try not to worry about the rest."
What you should do to decrease your susceptibility?
1. Breathing
2. Sleep
3. Eat good
4. Drink water
5. Take a bath with Epsom salts and baking soda or other bath salts
6. Relaxation therapy
7. Light exercise or stretching like yoga
8. Get adjusted
9. Get a massage
Your body needs certain nutrients to stay well and for your immune system to work properly. The following is a simple to do list before you are sick or if you do get sick what you can do to support and enhance your body's natural defenses.
Daily:
1. Probiotics and Immuno Globulin's help the gut stay healthy. A large part of the defense mechanisms our bodies have are in the mucus membranes of our digestive tract. The products we use are Probitic plus and Immune Gut Balance. Both are safe and effective with children.
2. Enzymes to digest and break down our foods and any junk foods we eat (Magnazyme or Total Enzymes)
3. Adrenal support (DSF or Adrenal Lyph Plus)
4. Multiple daily vitamin and mineral (Core Level Health Reserve)
5. Immune support (Total Virx or Total Multimune 1 a day)
If you start having symptoms:
1. Continue or start adrenal support DSF 1, 2 x day
2. Start taking Total Virx and/or Total Multimune: 1 every waking hour for 3-5 days, then 1 tablet 3 times a day for at least a month, then 1 a day until the “flu season” is over.
3. Suck on vitamin C with bioflavonoid to coat your mucus membranes to reduce infection and ease the throat. (Chewable C 500)
4. Enzymes, Probiotics, Immune-Gut Balance daily.
5. Take a detox bath each night and get extra rest. Bath salts from Abra like Cold and Flu Bath are wonderful.
6. Get adjusted, get a massage, footbath, sauna, and drink lots of good water.
Children:
With children the follow are very helpful.
1. Have them taking Immune-Gut balance every day. This will help keep the immune system and gut functioning optimally.
2. Have them taking a Probiotic and enzymes each day and around holidays where they are getting more sugar 1 to 2 capsules a day.
3. Chewable C 500 1-2 tablets a day for children under 8 and up to 5-6 for children over 8. If a person gets to much vitamin C the stools will become loose. So this is your notice to reduce the dose.
4. For those younger children that will not take any vitamins use Virex homeopathic and or Immugen 5 drops 2-5 x day for a week then 5 drops 2 x day for a month.
This is what I do with my own family and have used for years to help others. In our experience by being prepared you and your family will be able handle the "flu season" instead of the "flu season" handling you!
